• Yazılımların hakları kimde? Ürettiğimiz yazılımların kullanım lisansı aksi belirtilmedikçe size aittir, ancak temel kod mimarisinin mülkiyeti Vernafy Studio'da kalır.
• Ne zaman teslim edilir? Proje sözleşmesinde belirtilen yazılım teslim süreçleri geçerlidir.

Şartlar

1. Fikri Mülkiyet (IP): Vernafy Studio ("Biz"), size ("Müşteri/Kullanıcı") projeye özel geliştirilen uygulamanın veya web sitesinin lisansını sağlar. Proje kapsamında kullanılan temel Next.js bileşenleri, AI entegrasyon sistemleri ve mimari "know-how" Vernafy Studio platformunun fikri mülkiyetidir. Özel geliştirilen iş mantığı size devredilir.
2. Yazılım Teslim Süreçleri: Aksi yazılı onaylanmadıkça teslimatlar bulut tabanlı (Cloudflare vb.) staging ortamlarında yapılarak onayınıza sunulur. Nihai teslimat kaynak kod erişimi veya production (canlı ortam) dağıtımı ile tamamlanır.
3. Sorumluluk Sınırları: Sağlanan yazılım "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Vernafy Studio, entegre edilen 3. taraf hizmetlerin (Google, Cloudflare) kesintilerinden kaynaklı zararlardan veya veri kayıplarından yasal olarak sorumlu tutulamaz.
4. Hizmetin Feshi: Sözleşme ihlali durumunda Vernafy Studio yazılım lisansını geri çekme ve hizmeti durdurma hakkını saklı tutar.

FAQ

• Who holds the software rights? You own the usage license for the bespoke software we create, but the underlying core code architecture ownership remains with Vernafy Studio.
• When is it delivered? The software delivery processes outlined in the individual project contract apply.

Terms

1. Intellectual Property (IP): Vernafy Studio ("We") grants you ("Client/User") a license to the custom-developed application or website. The core Next.js components, AI integration systems, and architectural "know-how" remain the intellectual property of Vernafy Studio. Custom business logic is fully transferred to you.
2. Software Delivery Processes: Unless agreed otherwise in writing, deliveries are made via cloud-based (Cloudflare, etc.) staging environments for your approval. Final delivery is completed upon source code access or production deployment.
3. Limitations of Liability: The provided software is delivered "as is." Vernafy Studio cannot be held legally liable for data loss or damages arising from downtimes of integrated 3rd party services (Google, Cloudflare).
4. Termination of Service: Vernafy Studio reserves the right to revoke the software license and terminate services in case of a breach of contract.
